To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 台灣菜在灣仔選擇不多,經過灣仔道得知新開了一間名字特別的台灣菜,就一定要試試。 1963 booking很滿,我地都要提早一星期前訂 lunch.不只名字特別,餐廳裝修亦很別樹一格,布置很有懷舊風,一杯一碟一櫈都睇得出老闆花了不少心思,讓人有種時光倒流嘅感覺。lunch menu 有飯、麵選擇。set 包了餐前小食,但飲品側需額外加錢。我點了滷肉飯套餐,加了$15點了芭樂紅茶。3道小食有蕃茄,蘿蔔青瓜絲,同紫薯。去皮蕃茄和蘿蔔青絲都是冷盤,材料新鮮,甜甜的帶點微酸,很開胃。烚紫薯很甜很綿。滷肉飯好夠味。滷汁香濃,五花肉混和豬皮令黏滑飯汁充滿膠質。醬汁、肉碎分量適中,啱啱好拌完一碗白飯。 滷味拼盤有5拼,包括牛𦟌,豬耳,豬大腸,滷蛋同豆腐。牛𦟌很腍,豬耳夠爽,兩都都很入味。(因為我唔食大腸所以全數撥損俾友人) 滷蛋唔太硬,唔錯。但豆腐有點遜色,唔夠味之餘略為帶酸。。芭樂紅茶很鮮味,濃濃紅茶加入新鮮芭樂可以一清滷汁的濃味。1963 這間小店絕對是吃台灣菜不錯選擇,下次一定再試其它菜式。
