To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

多野做,所以呢排好多時都做咗「無飯家庭」。因為個囡把口都好厭尖,d肉鞋d又唔食,唔岩口味又唔食,所以安全d,來呢度晚餐。呢期間酒樓做緊鮑魚,見個合家歡只係$98,有48頭鮑、婆參、同鵝掌,都幾抵食,就叫咗兩份。個鮑都幾糖心,不過更加喜歡婆參同鵝掌,皆因好淋好入味。又外亦都叫咗半隻走地雞同一碟上湯魚腐浸莧菜。走地雞剛剛熟,嫩滑又夠味。上湯魚腐浸莧菜就一般。最後送嘅甜品,我地就揀咗芝麻糊,好香芝麻同米味,不過我就都係鍾情玉葉嘅多d。其實呢度個茶市係舊年裝修之後真係差咗d,不過個晚市就依然咁好。埋單都係$41x,食得過。
