To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗Moko 鴻星食大閘蟹佢有幾個聲咁當然就係喺 揀OpenRice 有discount 果個set 啦一入到去其實唔算多人，但係有啲唔明點解全部職員嘅態度都係比較差， 尤其是係語氣 😪 其實我哋係去食個飯啫，唔係想去受氣。我哋就叫咗清蒸大閘蟹(2皇1后共3隻）因為我哋兩個人第一次上到枱有四隻，佢哋放到枱然後就走咗， 完全唔會同我哋講話仲有兩隻嚟緊， 我覺得呢個唔係好專業另外一個餐仲有其他嘢食鴨胸青瓜，我自己就覺得係即食鴨胸果集味。蟹肉芙蓉羹，勁咸 好似食咗勁多鹽入口咁， 而且蟹肉都唔算多翡翠炒蝦球 ，黑醋霜降肉，蟲草花浸時蔬 ，窩心薑茶湯丸,橙汁 正常不過全部菜整體嚟講都偏鹹

鴨胸青瓜，我自己就覺得係即食鴨胸果集味。

不過全部菜整體嚟講都偏鹹
