To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

極尚大喜屋的放題一向都有質素，朋友就離開香港，建議去呢度大吃大喝。刺身就必叫油甘魚，超鮮甜，海膽手卷好正。♥️真係比較少見。鵝肝壽司厚切爆juicy必叫！乳鴿都係名物。超級推薦熟食海鮮類！瀨尿蝦惹味多肉、鮑魚好彈牙、焗生蠔大隻新鮮，全部都encore左。厚燒鰻魚我次次都食多。燒榴蓮的皮燒到金黃色好香。另外，呢度既蟹皇粥不得了~試過就知自助區仲有甜點､海鮮類､生果､雪糕,種類好多元化｡Häagen-dazs雪糕都有4隻口味~推薦mint chocolate好好食👍飲品各式各類都有，推薦珍珠奶茶｡加一都係3百多D，值得食，難怪長時間大排長龍！性價比高過自助餐。🥢極尚大喜屋 (銅鑼灣廣場一期) 🌏銅鑼灣軒尼詩道489號銅鑼灣廣場一期9樓
