Spinach個醬汁好濃好好食,和牛tataki-,和牛薄薄一片,可以入口即化,為之後既main做好準備

作為精緻日本料理的餐廳,一定要試試Sashimi同壽司
4. Sashimi moriawase - : (1) Hotate - sea scallop; (2) Blufin o-toro - Fatty tuna belly; (3&4)魚子+海膽Uni - sea urchin roe;
5. Madai truflle - Black truflle ponzu, cherry tomato, Mitsuba, Menegi, quail eggs yolk

Sashimi相當新鮮,食材的質素真係好重要,tuna的油份充足,入口即化。幾款都好新鮮。鯛魚今次係配松露同蛋黃食,店員會在上碟之後把松露刨落去,個調味真係恰到好處。

甜品方面,亦絕不簡單。
一份甜品,焦糖雪糕帶有咸味,同時有黑芝麻做的底,但同時又配有紅豆,
整份甜品咸甜相匯,相當有心思。
