西環越黎越多特色小店,616出左名靚牛肉又抵食(靜靜地話你知,每款牛都係48/68咋!),係西環插旗就梗係有所唔同啦!有咩?!去片!首先係門口一入去就見到牛牛不同既部位如果唔記得都無問題,座位有檯紙行入d就有更多有特色既懷舊裝修山珍海味,士多等等仲有小小的裝置同雜誌係陸壹陸店內又會有咩呢登登!就係調味啦!冇分坐係間隔好既懷舊商店內?唔緊要!有大廳,同樣充滿風味。入正題:牛牛牛牛!先黎牛雜湯底:有牛肺,牛肚,牛膀同牛大腸,當然唔少得蔥同白蘿蔔啦牛肚可惜唔係金錢肚)): 不過有大量蔥,好香喔!呢個鍋都係$78,有成份牛雜($48),好抵丫!三花腱,有咬口,皆因多筋,少脂肪,口感十足。匙柄既油花分佈平均,令牛肉唔會鞋,少少既油脂已經做到提鮮既作用。牛板筋,本身已經熟左,只要輕輕一滾就食得,鍾意較軟身既朋友可以滾到尾。日尾龍,少之又少既脂肪,但肉味香濃。牛朴心姐係韓燒時大家為之動容既牛胸腹,有適當既脂肪但食落0油膩!牛腩心又稱挽手腩,脂肪包住腩肉,咬落去軟淋淋又香口,入口即溶既感動,完全係一種說不出既幸福。
