由於屋企係潮州人嘅關係,所以由細到大都食開潮州菜,間唔中都會去香港嘅潮州餐廳嗰度食飯,今日去咗呢間陳儀興,應該屋企人都會鍾意清燉荷包鱔慢火熬煮荷包鱔,使鱔肉烹煮至軟滑鮮嫩,保留了鱔魚原有的娟秀香氣。同時間食到荷葉嘅香味,今次幾好彩,原本應該要打電話過嚟預訂,但係我哋冇預訂都食到💪鵝三寶鵝肝,鵝肉,鵝腸,潮州最出名係乜嘢?係滷水,呢度嘅滷水不得了,鵝肉充分吸收了各種香料的精髓,口感軟嫩香滑,甚具鵝肉的鮮美滋味。鵝肝係最厚功夫嘅一道菜,非常容易老,但喺呢度浸嘅過程浸得幾好,非常順滑!禾香鴿其實嚟呢度之前我都唔知會有呢道菜,喺特別嘅Menu上面,就係乳鴿釀咗啲糯米飯入去,跟住再攞去酥炸,炸嘅火候非常好,飯都唔會吸晒啲油🥹梅汁炆豬手以悶燜的烹調方式煨至軟爛入味,肉質柔滑鮮美,餘韻悠長。梅子的酸甜滋味與豬手的肉質完美融合,口感豐富層次汕頭煎蠔烙肥美鮮活的蠔,以麵糊浸泡後下鍋煎制至金黃酥脆。蠔肉清甜多汁,與外層酥脆的麵衣形成強烈反差,口感獨特而豐富。糖醋煎麵潮州菜必點,簡單兩面黃,點糖同埋醋嚟食,簡單嘅美味❤️
