阿女阿仔由細到大都喜愛食蟹,但我就是不敢劏惟有要幫襯外面食肆啦!雖則價錢會貴些,但能滿足他們食慾之餘,又能安安樂樂地享受美食亦是人生樂事。翠林辣蟹舫出名食海鮮,已有大半年沒幫襯過;難得今天大家有空齊齊吃飯就一於舊地從遊去食過飽飽。鮑汁鳳爪 首先來個小食先,鳳爪大大隻,鮑汁味濃和炆得很腍;膠質豐富。香辣醬油蟹這間食肆本來避風塘炒蟹係最出名的,但覺得冇乜新意一於接受服務員意見試吃香辣醬油蟹。這是廚師新創的菜式,自家製醬料和辣椒炒得份外惹味;最重要是無減蟹肉鮮甜。而隻蟹份量都頗大,所以食落啖啖肉;幾乎十隻手指都出齊。紅莓班球班球炸得皮薄鬆脆,肉質結實鮮甜;混上紅莓汁酸酸甜甜,味道唔錯幾開胃。蜜桃格格骨與一般咕嚕肉差不多,沒太驚喜;只是太耐冇食偶爾食下感覺唔錯。脆脆米煮花膠花膠滋陰養顏,爽脆清甜的青瓜做配搭是我第一次食。以奶白濃郁的魚湯一齊炮製,再夾埋炸過D米脆卜卜令口感豐富不少。
