今次同朋友去左一間老字號既新店,餐廳菜式傳統之餘地方都好乾淨寬敞,同朋友慢慢食慢慢傾都冇壓迫感凍黃腳鱲 $288食潮州菜又點可以冇魚飯,黃腳鱲肉質鮮嫩,魚油甘香,而且已經起哂骨,方便食用滷水雙拼 元蹄×新鮮大墨魚 $168元蹄滷得入味,口感軟糯。墨魚爽口彈牙,鮮味十足,下面仲有我好鍾意食既滷水豆腐。呢碟滷水拼盤整體嚟講質素唔錯,價錢合理。金不換燉海螺 $78一入口已經聞到好香既金不換香味,湯水充滿海螺同老雞熬出黎既鮮味芙蓉香酥鵝 $168一邊係芋蓉,另一邊係鵝皮。芋蓉入口鬆化,入口甘香。另一邊鵝皮煎到脆卜卜,非常香口,而且比較飽肚魚露浸花蛤($198)擺盤心思十足,仲食得好方便,花蛤鮮甜,魚露汁鹹味之中帶鮮味芋頭焗飯($138)焗飯粒粒分明,配料除左有大量芋頭粒之外,仲有雞粒、炸蒜同蝦米等等,非常惹味老藥桔 $20老藥桔鹹甜度適中,味道非常濃郁,喉嚨唔舒服飲就岩哂
