旺角樓上大山日本料理,平時嚟旺角經常經過呢條街,都留意唔到樓上有間日本料理,好彩經朋友介紹先知道。呢間餐廳食物種類非常多。牛肉壽喜燒鍋,價錢幾十蚊,用嘅牛當然係比較普通質素嘅牛,整體偏甜。鐵板牛油帶子,每粒帶子都相當厚肉大粒,調味偏鹹。原條鰻魚壽司,食鰻魚最鍾意上面嘅醬汁,佢呢間比得毫不吝嗇,可能真係要配返碗飯先得🤣炸蟹鉗,裏面當然就係放蟹柳啦。帶子壽司、甜蝦壽司、蟹棒壽司,樣樣都係正常水準,幾好食😋枝豆,食咗咁多澱粉質同肉類,都冇點吸收纖維,所以特登叫份枝豆。炸三文魚鰭,咁多道菜裏面最鍾意呢道,經過油炸後,魚油香完全喺口腔裏面爆發,好好味呀!雜錦天婦羅梅酒梳打,大大杯兩個人飲一杯啱啱好。
