To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 今日突然想食拉麵，所以去咗一風堂食，叫咗特製白丸元味，同埋特製赤丸新味，兩個麪嘅湯底都好正，赤丸個湯底就有少少辣，但係都唔係話好難接受，因為我本身都唔係食得辣嘅人但都完全冇問題。所以下次去食，唔食得辣嘅人都可以叫赤丸，總共有四片叉燒，都好冧好入味。另外叫咗兩款小食，分別係明太子雞翼同埋炸紫菜魷魚鬚，個人比較喜歡食個魷魚鬚因為啱啱炸起同埋個魷魚比較鮮味，點埋沙律醬嚟食簡直係絕配。另外想提提大家入面有辣味芽菜可以自己任夾，嗰個辣就真係比較勁啦，但係如果喜歡食芽菜嘅人撈埋個湯底嚟食就冇咁辣，同埋佢經過醃製之後都係好入味。
