今晚經朋友介紹話去鰂魚涌源興美食,朋友同我講佢老闆好用心去煮食物,咁我今晚就決定去試吓當我去到個鋪頭嘅時候發現好多人係門口等候,原來鋪頭入邊只有六七張枱所以唔怪得要等好耐囉!但係唔知係唔係個樓面係新人佢安排座位嘅時候都有啲混亂。呢個豬手個味道都唔錯嘅份量都好多添不過可能時間唔夠豬手唔夠冧如果佢再煮冧啲就更加好味啦!嗰個杏汁豬肺湯就唔覺有豬肺全部都係豬骨但係個湯就真係唔夠熱只不過係和暖咋!嗰半肥瘦嘅叉燒就真係唔錯啦佢啲肉仲好冧潻!個生炒骨個味道都好好不過佢個汁就比較多咗少少啦!
