To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蟹仙呢個名聽咗好耐，一路想試都未試過，咁啱朋友生日佢想嚟呢度試吓，之前都有食過其他啦餐廳嘅蒸海鮮火鍋，相對今次嘅體驗算幾失望！首先，我哋叫了$449/1人餐 x2 有10樣嘢食，有指定嘅青口，生蠔，蝦，大連鮑魚，菜外，仲有蟹，龍蝦，韓國鰻魚，翡翠螺，扇貝。除咗蟹好鮮甜肉嫩，我覺得係值呢個價錢之外，其他食物食材都真係好一般，龍蝦超細隻，冇乜味，扇貝同生蠔都加咗pat蟹膏上去，感覺係唔夠新鮮先要加啲嘢上去掩蓋啲味, 另外呢個價錢個人建議係俾南非鮑，大連鮑係大隻但味好淡，韓國鰻魚唔知係咪我嗰舊嘅部位問題，勁韌完全咬唔開，輕輕試咗個味就掉咗了！其實我未試過食蒸氣火鍋係食唔飽嘅，最後我要連食三碗粥先填飽到我個肚！🥲值得一讚嘅係廁所幾乾淨，但係食飯嗰度有漏水情況，同埋地下好濕。埋單兩個人加埋$1157，埋單先見到原來假期有個附加費，另外叫咗一渣嘢飲，同埋醬料要收錢再加埋一。我見到隔離兩台有糖水送，但係冇俾我哋，算了，我都唔想問了！🙂整體評分俾OK係因為朋友生日佢揀嘅餐廳，本人就覺得呢個價錢可以有好多更好嘅選擇！
