To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幾年前我跟女朋友會經常入元朗食魚一壽司,因為一直都覺得食材很新鮮和體驗唔錯。大概兩年前左右就少左黎食。今天跟女朋友慶祝生日,佢想入黎再食多次魚一,就專登訂左位入黎食,點知就出晒事,好多款壽司都伏到爆,完全唔同晒。首先,三文魚腩刺身非常不新鮮,只係有一陣腥味。魷魚壽司直程起渣,咬都咬唔斷。到軟殼蟹卷,份量相比幾年前縮水左最少三份一,入面勁少軟殼蟹(有一兩舊直程無),仲有啲紫菜碎係外面??總之成件事係好唔夾。另外生帶子也是很不新鮮,色澤暗淡。其他貝類和蟹膏軍艦還算正常水準不過不失。但最令人失望的,是生牛肉他他壽司,幾件的牛肉都是起渣,無肉味和非常乾。咁多件壽司可能得左口魚算幾好食,但剩下的炸物也是普通。服務方面我就不多作評論,但就食物而論,基本上各方面都完全保持不了水準。希望這篇文章能表達出我既失望,也是誠心勸告大家不要再試元朗呢間魚一。絕對無下次!
