To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時諗吾到食咩好又想樣樣都食啲第一時間就係諗起放題或者打邊爐😜 而今次就決定去極尚大喜屋食放題可以任飲任食兩小時😎🍀兩小時晚市放題係熟食自助區攞左少少凍海鮮食有蜆青口同埋海蝦🦐 海鮮新鮮口感有嚼勁👍🏼 另外再攞左啲炸物同埋涼拌小食豬耳扇貝邊都係啲吾錯嘅開胃小食😋 之後就點左好幾款吾同嘅放題食物川燒廣島蠔表面鋪滿左炸蒜令到味道更加香口依種食法都幾惹味😆 黃金軟殼蟹食落香脆可口味道濃厚同樣必食之一😚 燒香草羊鞍冇咩羶味容易入口吾錯😉 鵝肝味道都好濃郁一啖放落口好滿足🤩 另外都叫左啲刺身整體都好新鮮選擇都多而我地就叫左極品大赤蝦三文魚北海道帶子北寄貝赤貝🍣 最後甜品仲可以任食雪糕添超級滿足一定夠飽而且食極吾嫌😊
