To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

極光女機師Niki 約左我去食飯，今晚晚餐就去左最近開通屯馬線宋皇台站九龍城出名既黃珍珍食泰國菜。我們兩個人，先點了一個小食併盤，當中有春巻，蝦餅，每樣小食都有，最岩我地樣樣都食，但又唔知簡咩既人叫。泰式海南雞雞好嫩滑無骨，加上泰式醬超好味。菜方面我地點左馬拉盞通菜好嫩，廚房值得一讚。榴槤鮮蝦炒飯，用泰國金枕頭，好香，食完一啖，就想接一啖咁食一直想食落去，可惜是期間限定，想食既就要把握時間。最後仲食左泰式甜品，我特別喜歡，椰汁大菜糕軟硬剛剛好。還有芒果糯米糍好香濃既芒果味，真心推介。最後老闆過左黎問我地意見，我地大讚今餐好食。佢話會經常問客人意見，不斷改良，客人食得開心就係最大既滿足。
