To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食海「鮮」,鮮味是最重要的,最新鮮的食法就是刺身,不過秋冬季節當然想吃熱的。今晚就和家人到【蟹仙】嚐鮮~餐廳裝潢不講亮麗但環境乾淨整潔,水缸清澈。餐廳供應多款套餐,我們選了【尊貴海鮮套餐】,每位四百多元,店員不久就送上海鮮。先來的是【加拿大野生大赤蝦】極之鮮甜、【台灣九孔鮑魚】、【黃金翡翠螺】則十足彈牙、【韓國斧山珍珠蠔】帶點點海水味,零異味,都十分出色~接著是【台灣花尾龍躉片】魚肉雪白嫩滑;【蟶子】則大隻爽甜。【野生琵琶龍蝦】比較少食到,又鮮又彈,不過我最喜歡還是蟹【奄仔蟹】【頂角膏蟹】都很多膏,蟹肉鮮甜。吃完海鮮就吃菜,【有機蔬菜籃】有粟米、娃娃菜等,原來蔬菜可以如此甜。最後是排骨芋頭粥底,吸收海鮮鮮味,加上菜脯、香蔥提味,天氣漸涼更感飽腹暖胃。整餐都由店員即席調校時間蒸煮,我們只需坐著拍照等吃~享受美味~
