To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 適逢週末興致勃勃,懲罰一下小店,點知懲罰番自己。魚一受歡迎當然係人都知,食物質素非常高,食材新鮮又高質,價錢相宜,性價比相當高,可借服務真的有待改善。人流相當多但職員人手欠缺,頻頻出現漏單情況,直至last order才告知所點食物已售完,最後還怪責客人問題,要客人強迫要下多出來的食物,兩敗俱傷,不想努力了。經理因面子問題不肯承認責仼,最後收銀連基本道謝或再見也沒有,是我們欠了他們吧。結局是他們受薪出氣,我們付錢受氣。小店要強大其實要不繼進步不繼改善,否則一直故步自封,毀了自己招牌,期待將來經過再培訓後能夠新的景象。
