To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這晚點了一個晚市一人餐,包括奧巴馬燒豬肉檬、春卷和飲品,另外還點了蒜蓉炒雜菜和越南蒸粉包。這一人餐的擺盤挺有特色的,食物全放在一個竹筲箕上。這個奧巴馬燒豬肉,不知和前美國總統奧巴馬有沒有關係(笑)吃的時候覺得肉質和味道也不錯,不過部份燒豬肉燒得過了頭,有點燒焦的苦味。檬粉沾上碗中的湯汁,酸酸甜甜,好吃。菜是用來包春卷吃的,這春卷口感很脆,加點湯汁,好吃。蒜蓉炒雜菜,炒得挺香,蔬菜爽口,有蒜蓉香,不太油膩,也好吃。粉包有四個,裏面有滿滿的餡料,以沙葛為主,沾上桌上的酸甜汁,很適合夏天。飲品選了椰汁三色冰,不過甜,有椰汁香味。食物算是不錯,不過店內空調不足,光顧的時候雖已是晚上,不是烈日當空的時候,但仍覺得店內有點悶熱,唯有快快吃完快快離去。
