話說母親大人生日，老人家都係傳統啲鍾意食中菜，於是乎就揀咗尖沙咀嘅唐閣平日食客都唔少，但枱與枱之間都有一定距離，始終酒店安排嘅都會好啲望望餐牌選擇都好多，但嚟得唐閣都一定要點佢嘅招牌菜之一 - 百花釀蟹鉗，再加其他應該滿足到這餐生日飯吧！未上主菜前侍應先奉上開胃小吃 - 白木耳帶子拌鳳梨醬▶️ 百花釀蟹鉗 - 蟹鉗炸到金黃色，內裡滿滿蟹肉同蝦膠，美味非常▶️乳豬拼燒鴨 - 乳豬皮香脆可口，燒鴨味道鮮美、香味恰到好處，沒有半點肥糕▶️窩貼大明蝦 - 香脆而不油膩，亦估唔到份量咁多▶️餐後奉送甜品 - 桂花糕，梨形甜品總結：食物質素好好，侍應們服務都好有水準，環境亦令人舒服地用膳，不失為一個喜慶慶祝好地方
