To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日想試吓新嘢,同朋友嚟咗呢間店。入到去見到有幾枱客喺度食緊,喺疫情底下算係咁,心諗呢間店嘅水準應該唔差,點知原來中伏,又貴又唔好食。先講小籠包,小籠包層皮太粉同埋黐埋一舊,一夾就穿,啲汁漏晒出嚟,絕對唔合格;水煮魚超鹹,又唔夠辣,另一失敗之作;甜品蘋果拔絲層皮太厚又硬過鐵;雖然北京填鴨算ok,但都救不了。另外,服務員十問九唔應又冇禮貌,落單又唔覆單,做到好似唔想做咁。俾呢間嘢呃一次,以後唔會再幫襯!
