To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從來未寫過食評,今日嘅經歷實在不吐不快!午餐點咗豬軟骨菜飯加熱奶茶,張單都打咗多奶,結果上嚟嘅奶茶並沒有多奶,要勞煩服務員姐姐行多一次。豬軟骨入口一陣燶味,實在鯁唔落,鼓起勇氣同服務員姨姨講,佢提議換其他菜式,結果揀咗炸豬扒,之後等咗二十分鐘個豬扒都未嚟,個菜飯都放到涼哂,又要趕返工,唯有揾服務員姐姐追單,佢又建議改為蘿蔔牛腩。終於有得食,但係牛腩同啲汁好鹹,蘿蔔就冇味。第一次試呢間餐廳,亦會係最後一次!
