To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朝早11點幾係澳門過黎唔知食乜好,係上環地鐵站出口開OpenRice搵下附近有乜好食,見到依間鋪開咗,而且本身都幾鐘意食拉麵所以就黎試下點咗赤熊拉麵,肥叉、粗麵加溏心蛋。辣味啱啱好,唔會話啲辣粉浸住成碗麵,原隻溏心蛋好靚兼好食,加麵底會好飽,個職員都會問你加底要粗定幼,我就粗麵加幼麵,食落去有唔同嘅口感,雙重滋味。餃子就一般般,餃子皮有啲淋。鋪面整潔,冷氣都好夠,咁啱個日曬到不得了整體上係不錯嘅用餐體驗,下次有機會再嚟試下其他拉麵
