To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前晚同女朋友去坑口行下, 佢話突然想食太興d 咖喱~等左陣就有位喇~ 唔知係咪太忙, d服務態度麻麻地...本來女朋友想食咖喱石斑, 不過佢set dinner有咖喱煎魚, 所以我地就叫左:1. 招牌八寶飯(跟餐有一小碟菜)2. 咖喱煎魚飯(跟餐有一碗餐湯)跟餐兩杯冰鎮奶茶我第一次食招牌八寶飯, 好多料:叉燒, 紅腸, 切雞, 燒腩, 燒鵝, 燻蹄, 魷魚同埋一隻咸蛋擺得幾靚, 而且幾好味~而咖喱煎魚飯就好似無咖喱可斑好食魚柳好散, 而且份量都幾少...呢度d 薯仔幾好食, 不過今次就好似比少左幾舊...不過餐湯ge 羅宋湯就幾好飲, 用料幾足食完飲番杯招牌冰鎮奶茶~ 完滿其實本來無乜野, 但個經理問我地要咩菜ge 時候...我問佢有咩揀, 佢望一望廚房, 我又望一望, 佢就話得生菜, 點知轉頭我就見到有菜心...好求其喎~ 根本就係佢懶得主清楚, 見廚房出緊生菜就話得生菜...

擺得幾靚, 而且幾好味~


而咖喱煎魚飯就好似無咖喱可斑好食
魚柳好散, 而且份量都幾少...
呢度d 薯仔幾好食, 不過今次就好似比少左幾舊...
不過餐湯ge 羅宋湯就幾好飲, 用料幾足


食完飲番杯招牌冰鎮奶茶~ 完滿
