To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物好差，服務仲差，不知所謂

慶祝母親節，第一次試，點知食物質素已好差，雲吞雞無味，雲吞好厚皮，話高力豆沙是必食，但無豆沙，🐔𢇃粉皮無乜雞絲，半隻北京填鴨得10片粉皮，小籠包皮厚，食物質素差到不得了。服務仲差，不會再黎，又唔系平，我哋仲有人仲食緊，不停收野，又要讓開比個位佢收野，好聲好氣叫佢唔好收住，5分鐘內我哋就會走，啲樓面仲要好串咁同另一個伙記講，5分鐘喎，比5分鐘人啦，𨍭頭第二個又黎收野，真係煩到不得了，不知所謂。咁不知所謂啊食店，加上咁不知所謂既伙記，以後唔會再黎。
