To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六,難得可以晨早鬆人. 本來約了細妹叫她等我放三點的突然提早了. 兩點已經會合大家來到, 首要任務, 就是先安慰肚子中午時分來這裡飲茶人流雖說多,但有一部分係吉枱,侍應都要我地搭枱唉!呢啲就係今時今日既服務態度?點心紙經常有特價,點心、小食、粉麵飯都有叉燒同燒鵝瀨粉(忘記正式價錢)燒鵝瀨雖然份量吾多湯汁帶有濃香的鹵味,瀨粉的爽滑燒鵝的確不比鏞記差!更是非一般酒樓食肆能食得到的羶香的鵝肉帶著更羶香的鵝油再加上脆度十足的鵝皮,而鵝肉爽口,十分之有味道如果是脾位就更好!叉燒瀨叉燒也是極厚切的. 此叉燒夠蜜味之餘, 真正用上了梅頭肉的叉燒不肥, 而且非常之淋,是值得一食再食的.湯底雖只是一般既高湯. 但味道不差, 味精不多飲多兩口沒事去茶樓食一定係食點心雞扎一點沒有欺場有冬菇,魚肚,芋頭,蟹柳!大量雞片仲有就是大量味精!而蝦蛟就比較理想。蝦的size係適中的而表皮亦無爛,代表包得好完整。配搭上辣椒醬就一流。總結食物水準唔錯但奈何因搭檯感覺得不舒適而且又嘈最慘到我地走不斷地有吉枱呢!

燒鵝的確不比鏞記差!
更是非一般酒樓食肆能食得到的
