To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Book左6點半枱慶祝屋企人生日一去到門口有人接待係唔錯第一次去唔知點咩菜好就問個店員，個陣店員都幾nice會推薦邊d比較淡口味邊d比較重口味，我地就揀左重口味既。上菜個陣店員都有講依碟係咩餸而且上菜碟係熱既值得一讚頭盤老家心靈美，蘿蔔酸酸甜甜好開胃，而且好清新小北京，屋企人好中意，因為一上枱好香，有芫荽、洋蔥，重口味人士可以一試北京填鴨，有青瓜、京蔥同乳豬醬上枱，係值得一試，不過食半隻就夠食到尾就激氣。事源我地等食高力豆沙，等左15分鐘都未有，我地就叫店員去check下點知店員拎住張點菜紙同我地講:小姐你地d菜上哂我就話:我地仲有個甜品未上喎店員就話:等等我再幫你望下之後等左20分鐘都仲未有我就叫多次店員問佢有未，點知5分鐘後即刻有。臨尾埋單先激氣，諗住睇下張單幾錢茶錢都要比個店員啤個樣仲要好唔耐煩

頭盤老家心靈美，蘿蔔酸酸甜甜好開胃，而且好清新
