To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日一行六人去食他們的自助午餐， 一入到去，見到佢好寬敞，又有靚海景，而且每一個section都有一個主題，覺得好正。以為啲嘢都會吾差，但係完全唔係咁囉。。。 其實七月已經開張，到而家咁嘅人流，應該唔好再做自助餐啦，實在浪費d食物！今日lunch 約三十個顧客， 可能人流少，基本上每一樣熱食都放到乾晒。叉燒 吊起來，可以見到瘀瘀黑黑的， 唔知擺咗幾耐！沙律bar 竟然最大路嘅生菜係冇的，casear dressing六百幾蚊一位嘅價錢, 原來沒有燒牛肉, 只係一嚿好鞋嘅豬髀。燒鴨又係乾憎憎的sashimi只得三款選擇， 少之又少嗰個pizza放到出曬水放在煲內的慢煮牛肉，豬柳，全部焊到乾晒的個Pasta, 又係放到四周乾晒硬晒，只得中間嗰忽冇咁硬甜品方面，整體係ok 嘅， 但千祈唔好食佢啲棉花糖，都係擺咗好耐咁，棉花糖係變咗硬糖最奇怪係放水果的兩個雪櫃， 由於只得三款水果，最奇怪是其中一個雪櫃唔知點解要放兩嚿假嘅蘑菇擺設....用＄600／位嘅價錢食自助午餐， 大把更好嘅選擇咪中伏
