Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近朋友帶咗我去諾士佛台,我心諗唔通又帶我去酒吧!?原來樓上有一間江戶時代風格嘅居酒屋,環境闊落又舒適。

刺身拼盤
一次過試晒五款最時令嘅刺身(帶子、油甘魚、牡丹蝦、磯燒鮑魚和拖羅)。我自己都係最鍾意香甜嘅帶子,同埋油脂味豐富嘅拖羅。

海膽火炙吞拿魚卷
吞拿魚卷上面放上滿滿嘅海膽,而火炙可以逼出魚鮨嘅香味,配搭入口即溶嘅海膽真係一流。

酥炸八爪魚酥
外層皮薄又香脆,內層肉質有嚼勁,口感充滿着變化。

串燒類都值得一試,燒雞皮大蝦、鰻魚、墨魚咀和月見雞肉捧都火候十足,一齊餸酒都好正。
