To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔想煮飯,同老公出街食,越南菜同日本壽司二揀一,首選壽司店但被包埸,所以轉食越南菜前年食過一次都幾好味,後尾其他地方都有好多又平又美味的越南餐廳所以好耐無食呢間!今日再食,發現唔需要有下次啦!今日點左小食拼盤、咖哩雞同蒜蓉包!上菜速度超快!首先係小食拼盤,落單時已知無春卷,補上兩隻雞翼,當時只係7點,好生意成咁?魚餅、蒸粉包普通!最差係豬肉串燒,有半串都係肥膏,其他係肥脂肪串燒吧!之後係咖哩雞,汁好香,但雞肉完全唔入味雞切到碎晒好多雞骨碎,而且份量少蒜蓉包唔脆!埋單250,真心覺得唔值!
