To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日中午茶市,叫咗點心加鴛鴦炒飯,鴛鴦炒飯啲雞有陣酸醙味,同男經理反映都快速配合解決,取消Order,之後重新下單追加點心就無變味的問題。唯一女侍應態度極惡劣,明白星期日繁忙時段,但不至於來消費反被侍應呼喝,餐碗裝過酸醙的炒飯,問佢拎多隻碗嚟換,表現得非常不耐煩,都算了。一個後加甜品等了35分鐘,期間追了2次,第一次問完冇下文,第二次問,惡劣女侍應跟進都冇去跟進,就大大聲話「蒸梗俾你呀,等下啦!」最後等到科學園滿額消費免費泊車的2小時都過鐘了,決定唔再等,搵另一侍應表示要取消埋單,另一侍應先話原來之前漏咗單,跟手惡劣女侍應就拎個甜品出嚟話做好(由落單起計約40分鐘),叫佢轉外賣包裝,點知佢很晦氣嫌麻煩,我問佢「而家你哋漏單唔係我嘅問題,你點解可以咁差態度?」點知佢大聲回應「漏單關我咩事?」我先生見到我被不禮貌對待,上前同惡劣女侍應理論,惡劣女侍應仍不認為自己有任何問題。無論漏單係邊位同事做錯嘢,都無理由調返轉作為客人仲要俾你出氣。食物質素一般,價錢中等(一個點心約$50),服務九流
