To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

都已經好耐冇去過元氣壽司了，見到啱啱裝修完轉左高速線，中午時段咁啱又冇乜人等位，走咗入去試吓。見到餐牌常熱食款式都多咗，就叫左幾樣試吓，點知味道又唔錯喎。紅鱈蟹忌廉餅 $14我食唔出係蟹，忌廉太過搶了，只係食到係一個炸嘅忌廉餅，味道係好味嘅，你當普通炸忌廉餅咁食就得芝士龍蝦濃湯茶碗蒸 $23係食到有龍蝦湯味，都ok嘅，茶碗蒸最底士先至係精華，好多芝士喺底，係可以拉絲，比海鮮茶碗蒸貴幾蚊都ok嘅。大阪章魚燒 $26呢個就麻麻哋，粉多啲，醬汁又唔夠多。胡麻醬冷烏冬 $22夏天唔想食熱野，食呢個冷烏冬就啱喇。芝士白汁焗帆立貝通粉 $22呢個幾好食，不過通粉嘅份量就好少囉。溫泉玉子 $12溫泉蛋一定要加埋個汁一齊食先好食。雙重鰻魚流心芝士壽司 $14 (一件)呢個一啖擺落個口度食，好有滿足感。有個唔知咩貝類(三件) $1x呢個覺得幾抵食
