To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2023年１月31日星期二，大晴！光看旺角MOKO食肆午市時段，感覺香港距離復常已經很近了！約中午12:30到達MOKO，準備吃午餐，首選中菜，先到５樓，百樂潮州酒家，生意好到唔派飛！６樓翠園２人枱要等45張！鴻星等９張。鴻星９張等了45分鐘，入座已經近下午２點，點了以下的：#普洱茶：解油膩，挺好的！#鮑魚薑葱撈麵：新春賀年菜品(供應期有限)，鮑魚有咬勁，鮑汁配粗麵加上薑絲、葱絲，好味！#龍蝦湯鮮竹卷：餡料滿滿！龍蝦湯有鮮味，我喜歡！#安蝦鹹水角：鹹鮮惹味，yummy！#臘腸卷：點多了吃不下，打包帶走，晚上翻熱吃，味道還挺好的。點心比之前好吃！進步不小。
