To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前言:到荔枝角圖書館前,隨便找個地方吃午飯。遂到初中時常常光顧的「大家樂」,回味昔日的時光。食物:見「鴛鴦炒飯」只售$23.5,遂外賣此飯盒到公園食。鴛鴦者,乃是「茄汁洋蔥雞肉」拼「白汁海鮮」。飯是蛋炒飯。評語:因為雞肉和海鮮均是雪藏貨色,故此汁料要相當惹味香口才能滿足食客的味覺。這從鴛鴦汁裡的紅汁比白汁易入口,可見一班。雞肉煮過火,好「鞋」;白汁海鮮好重雪味,好淡好難食。幸而,蛋炒飯炒得不油不膩,才勉強吃得完整個飯盒。註:自從在又一城吃過未焗好的「焗豬扒飯」,對此招牌飯敬而遠之。好懷念昔日美味的「焗豬扒飯」、「海南雞飯」、「滑蛋炸雞肉鰻魚大碗飯」、「俄國牛柳絲飯」、「黑椒汁雜扒餐」,…,恐怕現在巳經水準不保…!一間上市的本地飲食集團,只懂得不停為外表包裝增值(請名設計師設計裝修,請名飲食評論員和偶像歌手拍廣告),以致食物水準下降都在所不計,唉!(嘆十聲!)我們的快餐文化巳經有變形!
