To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近,好多時也是2個人開飯。到了上水,不知道吃甚麼,想到還未到過上水匯的潮江春。過了中午繁忙時間,沒有食客等位,侍應很快安排入座。酒樓裝潢不錯,坐在禮堂前的位置,射燈火數很大,坐久了,照住很熱。開了烏龍茶,假日$12/人,2個人點了:滑蛋蝦仁炒河--蝦仁爽口彈牙,有甜味,炒河不會很多油,份量不是太多,2個人分到約5碗。蝦餃--皮薄,蝦新鮮爽口。燒賣--豬肉鮮味,熱騰騰,大大粒,好味道。埋單$208,物有所值的,到屋村酒樓,我很少會點蝦類食物,因大多材料不新鮮;到潮江春,美心呢類酒樓,我好多時都會叫蝦類食物,因為每次也會是水準以上的,有信心保證。是次光顧,除了某位侍應生好以睡眠不足、遊魂,要講幾次先聽到和做到,有點扣分外,無論環境、食物、服務,整體感覺不錯。下次有機會平日來試下下午茶。

開了烏龍茶,假日$12/人,2個人點了:

滑蛋蝦仁炒河--蝦仁爽口彈牙,有甜味,炒河不會很多油,份量不是太多,2個人分到約5碗。
蝦餃--皮薄,蝦新鮮爽口。
燒賣--豬肉鮮味,熱騰騰,大大粒,好味道。
