To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蝦腸真係好抵讚,佢啲皮好滑,裏面啲蝦好新鮮好大隻,完全係淡淡蝦香,又爽!

金錢肚我略嫌份量偏小,有少少太辣,但係個味道都調校得好好。

小籠包隻隻都好多汁,而且係熱辣辣咁上枱,肉香而不膩。

灌湯餃嘅湯唔係高湯嚟,但係佢個味都好清新,餡料唔多,但係啱我心水。

而佢嘅香芋酥,我覺得外型吸引,好啱小朋友😂我朋友話略嫌有少少淡,但我覺得還好。其實呢個香芋酥係最遲先上枱,但係佢唔係熱辣辣㗎,只係暖暖地嘅啫,不過我覺得可以接受。

不過我覺得啲嘢食點好味都好,佢哋嘅態度Service係會影響一切,有待改善!

首先一入到去,有一個男嘅高級侍應帶我哋入去坐低,環境其實好寬敞,但冷氣微弱,非常之不足。

唔緊要,唔緊要,心諗心靜自然涼😂於是乎我哋就嗌咗上面嘅點心。

上咗四個點心之後,帶我哋入嚟嘅高級男侍應就同我哋講要last order了,問我哋仲有冇嘢要加。我哋當下心裏好奇怪,心諗食點心都last order嘅?咁快準備下一輪嘅茶客?不過點解我哋訂枱嘅時候冇人同我哋講可以食幾耐,亦冇提及過有任何時限 ?

食完大約我哋只係用咗45分鐘(我哋訂十一點,十一點準時入座),十一點四十五分,頭先嗰個高級男侍應就轉身擺低咗張單,講咗一句「埋一埋張單」就走咗,冇俾我哋反應嘅機會。

我真係未試過去茶樓飲茶或者高級酒店飲茶,只係得45分鐘?

首先,book枱嘅時候冇講有時限。

第二,帶我哋入嚟嘅時候都冇講。

第三,我哋未話埋單,就拎咗張單過嚟,叫我哋埋一埋佢。

結果,我朋友就同個經理反映(個經理之前企咗喺度同隔離張枱個男人起碼傾咗10分鐘,我哋個茶壺冇晒水揮手佢都冇理到),個經理完全唔識得反應,啞口無言!我哋問佢有冇時限,佢冇出聲,淨係話我哋可以再坐(如果想嘅話)。我哋直頭話佢哋間嘢衰過啲茶餐廳,而且如果佢哋係有時限嘅應該作出明確嘅指引。同個經理講咗3分鐘之後我哋就埋單,點知之前帶我哋入嚟嘅高級男侍應就硬生生咁走出嚟認罪(好明顯係個經理叫佢過嚟)!

侍應竟然同我哋講話應該係佢自己搞錯咗(梗係佢自己搞錯啦,唔通係我哋搞錯咩),佢以為我哋係冇book枱walk-in攝時間入嚟食一餐嗰啲客!

其實呢個真係一個奇怪嘅藉口,首先係佢check reception嘅booking帶我哋入嚟,而且如果我哋係冇booking攝時間入嚟食嗰啲客,佢都應該要同我哋講得45分鐘嘅用餐時間。但佢由始至終都冇講過一句,根本就係講大話🤥!呢個根本就唔係誤會,係佢intention要我哋食完即走,因為外面有人等緊位。

真係未試過諗住舒舒服服飲個茶(茶位$25@每人),但四十五分鐘就要趕人走!杯茶都未飲完🥺

完,呢間嘢下不為例!
