To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日一家人都放假 打算去Yoho既北京樓食野 去yoho食野前 通常都會download “The point” 依個app 攞定位 我地提早大概20分鐘攞位 去到餐廳啱啱好下張枱到我地 入到去我地坐左係open kitchen 前面 可以見住d廚師🔪北京填鴨 一路欣賞佢地精湛既刀工 一路嘆住美食🤤 真係一舉兩得 雖然係廚房附近 但都唔會太多油煙 又唔會好嘈👍🏻係我地坐位既右面有d大細不一既燈籠🏮 唔會太浮誇 亦都有點綴既作用 令到餐廳望落唔會太乏味 過左大概一分鐘就有個侍應走黎問我地飲咩茶 亦叫我地可以用QR code下單 但亦都有比左本單點同套餐既menu我地睇 menu 既指示都算清楚 會提示素食既選擇 亦有講明份量第一碟黎既餸就係頭盤茉莉花燻素鵝🦢 依個係一個冷盤 一入口就食到腐皮既豆香味 緊住腐皮包住爽脆既蘿蔔、芹菜同冬菇絲 但整個味道有d過甜 而甜味唔係黎自蔬菜既味道 而係有另加糖調味 而蘿蔔既味道比較特出 其他蔬菜既味道欠奉 亦都冇茉莉花既燻香味 所以唔太推薦叫依個👎🏻緊住黎既就係莧菜黃花魚羹🍲 一見到個羹都已經覺得好吸引 因為佢望落好足料 有好多魚粒 亦有不少莧菜 本身

第一碟黎既餸就係頭盤茉莉花燻素鵝🦢 依個係一個冷盤 一入口就食到腐皮既豆香味 緊住腐皮包住爽脆既蘿蔔、芹菜同冬菇絲 但整個味道有d過甜 而甜味唔係黎自蔬菜既味道 而係有另加糖調味 而蘿蔔既味道比較特出 其他蔬菜既味道欠奉 亦都冇茉莉花既燻香味 所以唔太推薦叫依個👎🏻

緊住黎既就係莧菜黃花魚羹🍲 一見到個羹都已經覺得好吸引 因為佢望落好足料 有好多魚粒 亦有不少莧菜 本身想攞枝胡椒粉沈落個羹到 我家姐即刻叫停我 因為佢話個羹已經有胡椒粉味 我第一啖放落口已經比佢焫親 而且我吞落去時 成身都好熱 所以食既時候真係要小心 第一湯匙有滿滿既魚 食到淡淡既魚鮮味🐟 亦食到莧菜少少爽脆既口感 蛋花順滑 個羹既稠度通中 唔會太水似湯 亦唔會一嚿嚿好稠 而調味就有d太鹹 胡椒粉既辣味亦到重 家人飲到底時食到魚有淡淡既腥味 相信佢d魚唔算係好新鮮 所以要用d調味蓋過 但整體黎講我覺得都算滿意👍🏻

緊住就黎左個狀元樓豆沙鍋餅 其實我係個電話落單時係選擇左稍後叫起 但唔知點解既咁快黎左 都冇所謂 我地都唔介意鹹同甜點一齊食 我夾起一塊 見到薄薄既外皮包住一層薄薄既豆沙 一放落口 有d失望🙍 雖然佢係挺身 但佢一d都唔脆 偏向似一d放耐左既餅 而且亦唔係好熱 食到淡淡既油味 而且佢既紅豆餡亦都唔多 所以唔太推薦食個甜品

緊住生煎包就登場 睇落外表冇咩特別 但係一咬第一啖 d湯汁就由包後面噴出 湯汁亦冒出煙 熱辣辣 所以真係要小心食 肉既份量適中 而且仲有大量既湯飲仲係個包裏面 個包下面有層脆脆既皮 煎得好香 但又唔會太油膩 依家諗起仲有d掛住個包🤤

最後就到我阿媽期待已久既炸蟹鉗 個蟹鉗旁邊有個心形小碗裝住d甜醬 我第一口就先唔點醬 一咬 旦牙既外皮 緊接住就有d熱辣辣又有蟹鮮味既汁噴入我既口入面 再入面就係啖啖既蟹肉 🦀️ 口感豐富 亦令我十分滿足 因為都好少係其他餐廳食蟹鉗會有咁大嚿蟹肉 緊住第二啖我就嘗試點埋甜醬 甜醬令到炸蟹鉗既油膩感大大減低 其實兩個食法我都同樣喜愛 睇下想要比較重既蟹鮮味 定係想試比較惹味又冇咁油膩既食法👍🏻

依一餐就係好滿足 雖然都有d美中不足 因為我地得3個人 家姐又唔係好食鴨🦆 所以未能試到依間餐廳比較出名既北京填鴨 雖然我地午餐去食 但都見到有好多人叫左鴨 而且見到不少外賣單叫鴨 希望下次可以試到

另外記住餐廳係可以Yuu儲分 儲完Yuu記住儲埋 “The point “ 個個app 既分 只要上存張單上去個app就ok 儲阿分 下次係yoho等商場都可以用積分當錢用
