To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間都算係好受歡迎嘅鮨店了,成日睇社交平台都會見到佢嘅出現,仲有好多小姐姐打卡,今日一到真係名不虛傳價錢算係高,最高級嘅連加一人均2000,但座無虛席,而且食物的確比以往食過嘅高質刺身壽司都真係幾有特色,例如水八爪魚嘅吸盤都有得食,食到唔同程度嘅爽脆。原隻紫針海膽成𢳂黎食真係第一次,好綿滑,沒有一絲腥味,好正。真蠔又係非常一流,好甜好creamy。一大塊中拖羅油香十足。另我驚艷嘅仲有吞拿魚鮫位,一咬落去真係爆油,勁香。估唔到食完紫針海膽後都仲有鋪滿紫海膽同白海膽嘅海膽軍艦👍總結:師傅專業又有禮貌,食材有特色,令人印象深刻,難怪咁受歡迎,下次出糧真係要再獎勵自己再食一餐
