是日行過九龍城。之前有朋友向我推介呢間居酒屋,反正又到咗午飯時間,又諗唔到食咩。就入去試吓啦。一入到去已經有個侍應勁熱情咁招呼我。睇咗一輪餐牌之後,決定叫特大青檸梳打,三文魚刺身,浜滝秘制炸雞,岩手活寶蠔,仲有叫咗個必食嘅伊勢海老。首先就係杯特大青檸梳打,真係超級大杯,而且青檸味超出,梳打亦都夠氣。三文魚刺身,食得出係新鮮,而且亦都唔會話有筋。隻蠔超大隻,而且非常鮮甜,基本上唔使加任何醬料,已經食得出蠔嘅鮮味。炸雞完全唔會話食得出有炸粉。而且新鮮炸出嚟非常惹味。最後就係必食嘅一蝦兩食。首先佢會用半熟嘅形式將龍蝦煮熟。配上海膽,味道可以話非常之夾。而且侍應都會教你點食。佢話因為隻龍蝦未完全熟,所以唔建議撩入面啲蝦膏嚟食,而喺稍後嘅時間,當你食完龍蝦嘅肉,廚師就會將隻龍蝦,拎去煲湯或者煲粥。而我就選擇咗將隻龍蝦拎去煲湯。龍蝦湯味道非常濃郁。而且入面有菇,娃娃菜同埋豆腐等配料。可以話非常之豐富。整體來講呢一餐簡直係超晒班,無論係食物嘅質素。定係侍應嘅服務,可以話係一百分。

整體來講呢一餐簡直係超晒班,無論係食物嘅質素。定係侍應嘅服務,可以話係一百分。
