To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前行街經過見到好似幾好食，於是星禮拜六夜晚就係openrice外賣自取落單班蘭雞飯同花膠雞湯粉皮。點知食下食下就快食晒之際，係班蘭雞飯d菜到發現有隻完整翻肚小強🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮成世人第一次食野食到小強😡最嬲嘅係搵openrice客服全數退款，客服只係一直覆同一句同餐廳負責人跟進緊，跟進左3日等到今日禮拜二先話退返一個班蘭雞飯錢比我，呢間餐廳永遠都唔會再幫襯，都叫左身邊朋友唔好再食呢間😡I ordered take-away and ate 班蘭雞飯 and 花膠雞湯粉皮 at home. I ordered take-away and ate 班蘭雞飯 and 花膠雞湯粉皮 at home. However, eating 班蘭雞飯, I found that there was a small cockroach in the salad🪳 I almost 🤮 when I found it, and of course, I couldn't eat anymore and thrown both of them away.
I contacted Openrice explaining that and asked them to refund all of the fee, but the staffs in charge of the restaurant didn't respond well almost "three days". After I waited three days, they only offered the half refund of what I paid for that meal...
I won't go to the restaurant. I do never recommend.
