To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次到來食午餐,今次試下晚餐先。叫左三杯雞,味道香濃好味。東坡肉就唔夠香啦,只係唔會好肥,但味就太淺啦。櫻花蝦炒飯好香,啲飯軟硬適中,好多櫻花蝦,就咁食都夠晒未,不過份量就唔算大,正另外有種台南菜叫水蓮,外面台灣人菜館好未必食到,口感好特別,有啲似幼通菜,其實無咩味道,但好爽口清甜環境一流,文青留影好地點;地方細細,都好岩gathering 傾計,服務好好,啲service 好快,係讚的都會再帶朋友來
