To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新酒店黎講，環境優美夠舒服😌 ,座位夠大裝修夠新 ,自助晚餐有好多食物種類，不過係熱食較多 , 沒有生蠔，有麵包蟹、長腳蟹，仲有sashimi, 紅蝦最鮮甜大隻。不過熱食的保暖不足 ,食物唔夠熱，好多簡單的菜式，如炒介蘭，都見到表面有一層油，令人無左食慾。另外，自助飲料沒什麼茶包，只有凍檸茶、橙汁和蘋果汁，飲品款式很少，但每人包一杯凍熱飲品，建議可以先點。平日晚上客人較少 ,食物似放左幾個鐘 ,唔夠熱辣辣 ,甜品都好多款 ,不過無咩廚師即時煮的食物 ,試左一次唔洗再去
