To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入到海洋公園新起的海洋奇觀,無理由唔扮吳桌曦同除子珊咁坐係海洋餐廳食嘢傾計,時值下午四點咗右,要等位,點知入到去,只係有三成客人,唔明點解咁都要等位,啲侍應可能知道客人入嚟只係食環境,所以服務態度係零,個個都係一副滿不在乎的樣子.由於環境很貴,所以一個下午茶餐都要超過$100.水族館特式炒飯($138) -- 材料同份量都算多,有些蟹子在面,又有蝦,不過啲飯偏硬. 脆香雞配薯條($118) -- 炸雞算脆亦帶熱,薯條亦可以接受.飲品只限汽水呢度如果人唔多,的確值得一試,但如果人多的話,就會好嘈囉!

呢度如果人唔多,的確值得一試,但如果人多的話,就會好嘈囉!
