To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在屯門長大的我,看著嶺南樓由90年代跨進2019,期間幾度易手, 近年的老闆經營得最好。親戚為寶寶搞百日宴,2圍有間房太好。食團餐本來沒有期望,都是食雞食魚 ,乳豬籠蝦之類。昨日第一餐竟然有蝦多士,炸得相當脆口 ,蝦是彈牙的,多士沒有油膩感覺,食了4件 因為太好吃。 大家還記得食蝦多士最出名是在哪裏嗎?答案是坪洲個間排隊茶餐廳。老實說 比較之下嶺南樓出色很多 就算放涼了仍然高質 。其他雞魚豬都是水準之上 ,唔錯!服務來說,阿姐熱情地招呼 ,影團體親戚相沒有手震,今時今日梗要過食野。
