To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同姑媽一齊逛街，肚餓我哋就喺呢間菜館食飯。我哋去嘅時候人潮唔算多，唔使等好耐就安排我哋入座。餐廳嘅裝修簡約時尚，設有多張圓枱方便大家同家人一齊嚟食點心。因為我哋食量都唔算太大，我哋兩個就叫咗三樣share吓：食神叉燒飯呢個真係要重點稱讚下，嗰個叉燒肉經過醃製同埋烤製，微微焦香嘅外皮，肉唔會太柴仲帶有啲汁水。仲有嗰個蜜汁嘅味道，淋喺飯上真係絕配！👍🏻👍🏻晶瑩鮮蝦餃經典嘅中式點心，皮薄透明嘅外皮包裹住鮮甜嘅蝦肉，蒸煮得啱啱好，口感非常彈牙！👍🏻👍🏻金湯小籠包呢道亦都係經典嘅中式點心，豬肉餡鮮嫩多汁，肉汁被鎖喺薄薄嘅餃皮內，咬一啖啲湯汁就會帶住濃郁嘅肉香同鮮味喺嘴度噴發！👍🏻👍🏻
