Restaurant: Vegelink Vegetarian Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友介紹呢間私房菜,環境優雅、店員有禮、上菜快、菜式多、味道就 ok 啦,不至於很好食。比較適合一班女仔飯聚。四式拚盤:只有茹茹好味,其餘的冇乜味,炸粉又好油膩。翡翠海星餃:我唔鍾意食餃,所以只係咬左少少,而且覺得餡唔多又無味。御品燉湯:估唔到素湯都可以甘鮮甜,好香好好飲。意式杏茹扒:雞脾茹爽口,灰灰地色既醬香松露味,好正。香焗野蔬千層:菠菜多油又無味,蕃茄醬唔香,整體感覺十分油膩。東坡燒:冬瓜苦苦地;冬瓜包住既餡就好鮮味,食落好似豬肉丸甘。日式和風丸子:即係薯蓉丸子,味道淡。茄香鮮蔬鍋:材料豐富,清清地幾好。西西里海鮮燉飯:完全食唔出西西里係咩味。一口芝麻餅:芝麻外皮焗得香脆,內里既糯米紅豆餡軟綿綿,好正啊!南瓜西米露:甜度適中,南瓜味清香。雖然話係素食,但頗油膩,食完第六道菜已經濟濟地,清淡d會好些。
