To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

《不負責任食評—渝酸辣粉》評分：🌕🌕🌕總評：之前都聽唔少朋友推薦呢間酸辣粉雖然佢喺時代廣場後一兩條街但係酸辣粉始終都係比較普通、平價嘅食物Lunch去食 叫個套餐都成$85蚊都真係幾貴💸但係因為佢味道唔錯所以都食過兩次第一次食嘅時候外賣份量勁細一碗得幾啖酸辣粉🥴啲粉都係比較煙靭嗰種質感個湯就係偏向麻味重啲 但唔太夠酸同略淡加番啲口水雞汁即時好食番🤫不過收咁貴都係冇乜配料就算個湯幾好食都係略嫌單調口水雞都幾滑醬汁比較鹹 但係辣椒乾嘅香味就好突出🌶而辣味又唔會好誇張 個汁用黎撈乜都好食😂第二次食嘅水準都冇下降但係因為之前外賣真係好少加底加左$15 但今次又好似太多😂😂你話味道呢我覺得就都ok嗰種惹味程度會令人覺得有啲上癮🤭但係價錢都真係幾貴 扣左唔少分☠️

一碗得幾啖酸辣粉🥴
啲粉都係比較煙靭嗰種質感
個湯就係偏向麻味重啲 但唔太夠酸同略淡
加番啲口水雞汁即時好食番🤫
不過收咁貴都係冇乜配料
就算個湯幾好食都係略嫌單調
