To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

東大街是筲箕灣最出名的食街人人皆知，今次試下越南食物; 這條街有大大小小相同類型的食肆，但越南菜好像只此一間，相信生意會不錯吧。店子小小，如果你是一袋二袋的入去，會是很不舒服，因為沒有多餘空間給你擺放東西，梳化座位不多，看你運氣如何能否安排到給你了。相反如你是兩袖清風的入去光顧，以這價錢來說，會是吃得舒舒服服，沒有怨言了。叫了一碗豬扒湯檬 ($5x)，湯底與一般越南菜沒有分別，夠熱，相反豬扒不是熱辣辣炸起的，好彩不是韌的，都算軟熟。麵餐跟一杯熱飲，以這價錢來說是抵食的，另外亦可加錢配清菜、春卷、雞翼和蝦餅等小食，款式都算多的。之前聽說這間餐廳是社企，唔知現在是否仍與循道衞理有關係呢，如果是社企大家也支持一下吧，反正價錢合理，服務也OK。
