To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

完全唔明白，點解咁多好評，碟燒牛肉乾到似牛肉乾，無曬肉汁，最失敗係連上面果幾片青檸都唔新鮮。金邊粉淡而無味，完全無泰菜應有既香和味，極之後悔的一餐，我敢講九龍城求其一間泰菜都好過佢，最差沒有之一，仲有果杯沙冰，嚴格啲嚟講個杯唔係「沙冰」，啲冰大粒到好似玻璃碎，期望你用真芒果整沙冰，點知得個死甜。去餐廳食飯我一向好少寫食評，但今次我真係忍唔到，每碟都唔過板，食咗幾佰蚊，換嚟既係一肚氣，絕對真實食評！！！
