朋友話想食潮州菜,我就提議去之前我去過既鰂魚涌陳儀興尚潮樓食。鍾意尚潮樓嘅環境寫意舒適,適合傾偈,而且嘢食係上品。去到侍應即刻上咗壺茶,鹹酸菜同埋功夫茶俾我哋。我哋跟住點咗以下嘅嘢食。涼拌海蜇頭:海蜇頭厚肉。唔會煮得過熟而靭。佢係滑得黎好Q彈嘅口感。海蜇頭配上麻油,芝麻粒及醬油,味道惹味開胃。招牌鵝三寶:食潮州嘢食滷水菜式係必須嘅。呢個三寶包括鵝肉,鵝肝,鵝腸同豆腐。鵝肝依然係我最欣賞嘅,做到好滑嘅效果。鵝腸亦都清洗得好乾淨。鵝肉彈牙。豆腐好重豆味。呢四款食品都吸收咗香料同滷水嘅味道,齒甲留香。清燉荷包鱔:第一次食呢款手工菜。用鹹菜包住鱔,菜譜同埋金華火腿一齊燉。好特別。鹹菜花甲湯:蕃茄鹹菜加上新鮮嘅花甲。鹹鹹酸酸中帶着花甲嘅鮮味。
